Monthly Hotel Stays in Denver: Catbird and Metro Suite Options

Published Oct 30, 2026

The operator examples here cover a RiNo hotel and several metro suite locations. They are not a survey of every Denver neighborhood. Prices and terms were checked on the operators' public pages on October 30, 2026 and still require confirmation for your dates.

Catbird: a defined 30-plus-night product

Catbird's extended-stay page offers 30-plus nights at a monthly rate plus a $100 amenity fee every 30 days. It does not publish the monthly room amount on that page. Its shorter tiers advertise up to 20 percent off with different daily amenity discounts. Do not apply those shorter-stay discounts to the monthly product or present the maximum discount as guaranteed.

What Catbird describes in the room

The page lists a kitchen setup with burner, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plus storage and work surfaces. That is useful evidence for cooking and working during a stay. Confirm which room type has the layout you want, what housekeeping is included and what parking costs in the date-specific quote.

Metro suite locations and promotional figures

InTown Suites' Denver page describes three locations in Sheridan and Aurora and two sister-brand Uptown locations in Centennial and Westminster. The Centennial card displays paired monthly figures of $1,183 and $783 under from-pricing, and paired weekly figures of $321 and $221. The fetched text does not preserve every visual promotion condition, so this guide does not select one as a guaranteed rate or a verified markdown. Ask for a current all-in quote rather than treating either number as a market-wide budget.

Colorado exemption conditions are more than a night count

The Department of Revenue says the state exemption requires a natural person who is a permanent resident and a written agreement for at least thirty consecutive days. It separately addresses state-administered local taxes and legal entities. That does not establish a uniform rule for every locally administered lodging levy. Ask how the agreement and payer meet the conditions for this property.

Before requesting a quote

  • Use the actual room type and identical dates for each quote.
  • Add Catbird's stated $100 fee per 30 days when comparing its monthly product.
  • Ask what the paired promotional figures mean for your dates.
  • Keep local lodging taxes separate from Colorado state sales tax.

Make the comparison on the same dates

Choose between these examples using commute, room layout and the written total. The evidence does not establish an $800-$1,200 Denver market range, a guaranteed promotional price or an automatic day-31 tax reduction.
