Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of monthly-hotels.com (the "Site"), operated by monthly-hotels.com ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a directory of hotels that accept stays of 30 nights or more, and a service that passes stay requests from guests to hotels. We are an intermediary. We do not own or operate the hotels, and we are not a party to any agreement between a guest and a hotel.

2. Roles

Guests use the Site to find hotels and send stay requests. Hotels use the Site to list their monthly rates and receive requests. Visitors may browse the Site and contact us. Each role is bound by these terms.

3. Stay requests

A stay request is an inquiry. It is not a booking and does not reserve a room. A hotel decides whether to accept a request, and the stay is agreed between you and the hotel. We send your request to the hotel you chose after reviewing it. If you tick the box on the form and the hotel does not answer, we may also forward your request to two or three similar hotels. We do not promise that a hotel will reply or that a room is available.

4. No payments on the Site

The Site does not take payments or deposits. All payments for a stay are made directly between you and the hotel, on the hotel's terms. Ask the hotel for the full total, including taxes and fees, in writing before you commit.

5. Hotel information

Hotel details, rates, and availability come from the hotels or from public sources, and they can change without notice. Information that a hotel has not confirmed may be incomplete or out of date, and we do not guarantee that it is accurate. Where a hotel page shows a confirmation date, it is the date the hotel last confirmed its terms. Confirm every detail with the hotel before you book. Information on the Site, including guides, is general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Hotels that list on the Site

A hotel that lists on the Site confirms that it is authorized to do so and that the information it provides is accurate. We review each listing before it goes live and may decline, edit, or remove a listing. Listing is free until December 31, 2026. After that a yearly subscription applies, currently $199 per year. Paid promotion packages are optional. We take no commission on bookings.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to send spam, false or misleading requests, or content that is unlawful or abusive. Do not try to disrupt the Site or access accounts or data that are not yours. We may block requests and suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think your account has been misused.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Site or about any hotel, and we are not liable for stays, prices, or disputes between guests and hotels, or for losses that arise from using the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
