Monthly Stays in Las Vegas: Published Operator Rates and the Jurisdiction Check
Published Oct 30, 2026
For a month in the Las Vegas area, compare the actual operator's product and billing terms. The examples below come from operator pages checked October 30, 2026. They are published offers, not a date-specific availability search or a market-wide price range.
Manor Suites: a published first-month and later-month price
Manor Suites at 7230 Las Vegas Boulevard South publishes a one-bedroom first month at $1,802.57 including deposit, taxes and fees, with month two at $1,605.95. Its two-bedroom first month is $2,147.22 including deposit, taxes and fees, and month two is $1,885.95. Do not describe the first-month total as pure rent: it includes a deposit. The operator warns that rates and availability change and asks guests to call for current information.
Weekly figures are a different billing unit
The same page lists one-bedroom week one at $517.76 including deposit, taxes and fees; weeks two through five at $439.51 including taxes and fees; and week six onward at $408.95. Those are separate published periods. Ask which structure the hotel would apply to your exact dates, what the deposit is and how any refund works. Do not multiply a weekly headline into a calendar-month promise.
Other products to request quotes from
Siegel Select's Nevada page lists Las Vegas-area furnished suites with utilities and weekly or monthly options. Its Convention Center property is at 220 Convention Center Drive and is explicitly not pet friendly. A note on the page says weekly rates do not include housekeeping and linen, available for an additional fee. Emerald Suites' fetched page describes seven locations across Las Vegas and Phoenix combined, with weekly or monthly payment, utilities included and no leases, credit checks or deposits. That is not seven Las Vegas locations.
Do not apply the City tax packet to every address
The City of Las Vegas packet describes a first-30-days room tax and a day-31 resident-guest exemption for covered daily or less-than-weekly establishments with continuous occupancy. It is a City rule, not evidence for every property on Las Vegas Boulevard or every Las Vegas mailing address. Confirm the actual city or county jurisdiction and rental model before using its rate or exemption. Manor Suites' published total should not be reduced using a different jurisdiction's rule.
Before requesting a quote
- Ask for an all-in quote for your dates and room type.
- Separate refundable deposits from room charges.
- Confirm pet and housekeeping terms at the specific property.
- Ask who administers each tax at the address and how long-stay documentation works.
Make the comparison on the same dates
The published Manor Suites table is a useful concrete comparison point. It does not prove a Las Vegas-wide budget range or guarantee space for your month. Compare current written quotes and keep tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive figures separate.
