Monthly Hotel Stays in Nashville: Bell Road and Premier SoBro

Published Oct 30, 2026

A month-long Nashville stay can be compared using a studio-suite offer and an apartment-hotel offer. The sources below establish those products, not a city-wide price range or guaranteed availability. Public pages were checked October 30, 2026.

InTown Suites Bell Road

The InTown Suites Nashville page lists Bell Road at 1621 Bell Road, with in-room kitchens and included utilities described for the product. Its card displays paired from-prices of $419 and $339 weekly and $1,592 and $1,272 monthly. Because the text view does not preserve every promotion condition, get the applicable figure and inclusions in writing rather than assuming the lower number is available.

Office hours are not a check-in guarantee

The Bell Road card lists Monday-Saturday office hours of 11am-7pm and Sunday closed, plus check-in at 2pm and checkout at 11am. If arrival is outside those hours, ask about the actual check-in process. An office-hours listing alone does not prove either that arrival is impossible or that a staff member will meet you.

Placemakr Premier SoBro

Placemakr describes Premier SoBro as in the heart of Lower Broadway, steps from Bridgestone Arena. Its page describes living areas, separate bedrooms and full kitchens. Those details support considering it for a household that needs that layout, but check the particular unit. The page excerpt used here does not establish a fixed monthly rate or any event-week surcharge.

Separate the local occupancy tax from other charges

Tennessee's Department of Revenue says hotels remit local occupancy tax to the appropriate local government. Sullivan County's official July 2025 notice explains the legislative change under which first-30-day tax is retained and collection ceases for the remaining continuous stay. Do not use that county notice as a Nashville rate quote. Ask the Nashville operator for the applicable local levy and the current rule covering its address; sales taxes are separate.

Before requesting a quote

  • Request identical dates and a complete room, fee and tax breakdown.
  • Confirm the applicable promotional price and its conditions.
  • Arrange any out-of-hours arrival explicitly.
  • Ask for early-departure and extension terms rather than assuming either format is flexible.

Make the comparison on the same dates

These two examples let you compare a kitchen studio with an apartment-style hotel unit. They do not establish that one is cheaper or that the whole second-month bill will be tax-free. Let the written quote and your actual commute decide.
